MIS is a cross-lata, IP or MPLS based ATT service across 48 states (in territory and out of territory). FISPA’s NEW MIS agreement reduced our T1 and NxT IP cost 20% and 28% with MPLS compared to our initial agreement. It also includes the higher speed EaMIS (MetroE). ATT’s large MPLS network allows members to close multiple location opportunities that are agregated into their own network or simple sell ATT IP T1′s at a member cost of $302/month (add MPLS at no additional cost).
