We want to offer a simple TV channel line up to our small- and medium-sized busineses.  At our New Orleans meeting we saw a demo on the technologies to convert content to IP; but, a lot of questions were about regulatory issues surrouding IPTV.  Join a Washington Lawyer and a couple of FISPA members that are deploying IPTV lead an informative session on how to do it (again) and the legal issues a Service Provider may run into.
